Samantha Spensley

Sam has been working as a project coordinator the last few years and never coded or designed anything before. She took this class because she wanted to test herself and see if she had what it takes. She not only rocked the class but is now considering the Web Development Immerse program.

She created this Final Project for her brother's winery, which you can view here: Original

Brian Rippeto

Brian Rippeto

Brian was a home builder and saw how difficult the physical labor was on his co-workers. He looked at coding as a way to help save his body and after taking this class was accepted into a Coding Bootcamp in Denver.

This is his Week 5 project and his first responsive web page in the class.

Danielle Worthman

Danielle Worthman

Dani is a marketing coordinator and really needed to learn HTML/CSS for her job, specifically creating and editing HTML emails layouts. By the second week of the class, she was so excited at how she was applying these skills on the job at work.

She create two projects in this class:

Daphna Kapnik

Daphna had never build a web site before and really needed one for her swimming school. Her rational was that she could pay someone $1500 to do it or learn to build it herself and save money maintaining it as well. She loved it so much, she's started working for others on the side.

Erin Dubinski

Erin is a graphic designer that really wanted to learn to create websites to help improve her own career as well as build her own portfolio.

She created a fun/fictional home page for a cupcake company for her Week 8: Final Project.

Andrew Van der meer

Andrew Van der meer

Andrew has been working as a crossfit trainer the last few years and really wanted a new challenge in coding. He took this class and the JS workshop and was accepted into the Web Developer Immerse program at Galvanize.

Andrew created this in one week for this Week 6 project and was his first introduction to responsive layouts and working with Bootstrap.

Gabriella Salamone

Gabby works in marketing and really wanted to be able to flex her creative ideas more by coding her own web designs. This workshop helped her move into a UX/UI position at a notable design firm as well.

She created this Final Project for her family's cab company in the web course.

Anthony "Anton" Reyes, Jr

Anton is a graphic designer that wanted to learn how to build websites so he wasn't dependent on others in creating great web pages and to help take his career even further.

This is his Week 4 project and his first web page in the class.
